Helen Peng is a GIS Analyst and Developer at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government (CVIOG) Information Technology Outreach Services (ITOS). She has been working in geospatial analysis for over 10 years and applies both Python and C# programming languages to assist a variety of projects.  Ms. Peng holds a GISP certificate and M.S. Landscape Architecture at Washington State University.
