Chris Alldredge, GISP has 10 years of professional experience in law enforcement (LE)/homeland security (HS) intelligence, 3 years of experience in independent research and technology development, and 17 years of professional experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  He currently author's a blog called Neighbor's Keeper which discusses his independent research findings, data analysis, visualizations and applicable technology regarding Human Trafficking and other crimes.  In addition to human trafficking, his research interests include transnational criminal organizations, gangs and international terrorism.  His technology interests are in open source data mining, machine learning, GIS analysis and data visualization.  He has held membership with the International Association for Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) and Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals (KAMP).  He is a member of the Louisville Metro Human Trafficking Task Force and consults with Human Trafficking orgnizations by providing data driven mapping solutions. By day, he is the database administrator for the Louisville/Jefferson County Information Consortium (LOJIC).
