I have been serving as the GIS manager for the City of Jacksonville for the last 10 years where I have been:
o Managing GIS for the City with a staff of 8 and $1.0+M budget
o Responsible for developing GIS applications, maintaining 50 applications, and providing GIS support to all City Departments
o Maintaining large collection of data including:
300 geospatial layers and databases
51,000 street segments, 356,000 parcels, and 498,000 address points
o Serving all City departments and the public through many web applications
o Previous experience includes managing multiple IT projects large consulting firms
