Put your GIS skills to good use at the GIS-Pro 2017 Mapathon. This evening activity will support the many projects of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT).
Participants should bring a laptop and have some basic familiarity with OpenStreetMap.
With all of the recent natural disasters, the GIS Community has responded swiftly to project requests, including URISA's GISCorps. Projects for the mapathon may include any number of responses from Hurricane Harvey, Irma and Maria to the earthquakes in Mexico, flooding in Southeast Asia, and California wildfires.
