Geocaching Poker Run
On Tuesday evening, meet old friends and make new ones as the conference presents the Geocaching Poker Run. Clues and GPS coordinates to nearby establishments will be provided to you as you wander downtown Jacksonville in teams. At each destination, beverages will be available for purchase if you so desire. The rules are simple:
- Meet at 7 PM at the conference registration desk to divide into teams and receive instructions on loading destination points.
- Begin by following the coordinates and the clues to reach your first destination.
- Once there, enjoy a beverage of your choice, if you wish, and collect your team’s envelope containing the first of five playing cards that will make up your winning hand in Poker. Do Not Open the Envelope.
- Receive your next clue and coordinates.
- Continue to the next destination until all five playing card envelopes are collected.
- Return to starting location.
- When all teams have completed their mission, each team’s envelopes will be opened to reveal the winning hand!
