Leveraging an enterprise GIS system can be very successful for your organization. It can also be quite costly. Learn how one organization made the change from an outdated system to an enterprise GIS integrating design and standards, implementing field tools and branding, and utilizing an ESRI Enterprise Agreement to its full extent. This session will also explore how a City can work through the Census process, see the financial benefits and can find the funding to build an enterprise system through the data.  While on the topic of data, the final presentation will discuss ways to approach data management with policies, guidelines, and data quality frameworks.
