Looking at the Body of Knowledge and focusing on specific key subject areas (KSA’s), subject matter experts will provide a fundamental overview of the knowledge areas. This will not be an in-depth dive into the mechanics of each KSA but will assist attendees in understanding the basic KSAs and where to gain further knowledge on these subject areas.
