Doug is a Senior Project Manager for WBCM, LLC. Prior to his retirement from public service, Doug was the GIS Program Manager for Baltimore County, Maryland’s Department of Public Works and Transportation. He has over 35 years of experience in the geospatial industry. Doug is an adjunct professor at Towson University where he teaches GIS Database Design and Application of GIS in Emergency Management. Doug previously served as a local government representative on the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC), National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC). Doug is URISA’s representative to the Homeland Security Foundation-Level Data (HIFLD) Committee. Doug holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in geography and environmental planning from Towson University.
